When you call they never pick up the phone
Terrible service. Long wait period, can't properly explain anything. Not give me the right paper. I asked for a Bank Statement, they gave me a Transaction Record and insisted i could use that. Yeah not, horrible workers! Never going to this location again.
I love bank of america. I banked with them when my children were small and 0 complaints. They backed me 100PERCENT. when someone wrote several checks on my acct. After my purse was stolen.Now me and my husband have joint checking debit accounts and still love the service.
Good people. I have had account with them going on 10 years. I especially love their atm deposit option.
Terrible service the longest waiting lines always. Moved banks because of customer service.
