I've rented my last 3 vehicles from here and I've had no issues so far. They're very friendly and there are no hidden fees like at other car rental businesses. I will continue renting from here! :) FYI, I always rent online first and I usually always find great coupons/deals.
Very disappointed on this Avis. I rented a car and ask the before I left that day that on the drop off day I could get a ride to where I will have my vehicle. The guy said sure no problem. I ask this because I saw a sing that say will be back dropping off client be back in so amount of minutes. Well I get back a week later and it seem he had forgotten all he had assure me. He was out and the girl in his place didn't seem to care because they only gave rides to Spike Ford clients because Spikes gave them lots of business. She call the guy who is charge the one that had assuree the ride and he was on speaker and had the balls to say I am busy don't bother me. I told him thanks for nothing you know what. I had never been so mad of some one like that day. I rent cars from Avis before but this one was the last one. Don't go here to rent a car. Unless you are a Spike Ford client.
