This location (Shary) stopped me from entering because I moved the orientation of the tag above the tint. Staff threatened rudely to cancel my membership, and found out they did. (Nolana) Fixed it.
Not sure what people are complaining about it's a machine obviously it's not perfect. Yes there are water spots left on the car oh well either dry it your self or change your expectations. I get the basic every time and go often since I have the unlimited and the car looks great.
Like it Alot because you don't have to get off your vehicle to wash your car. Also has free vaccum.
I just went by to this car wash and it was a disappointment. I bought the luxurious package, in other way, the most expensive wash and after going through it, the bugs were still there on the front of my SUV. I asked Ricky the manager about getting my money back or doing something about it and all he said was that the bugs were not going to come off. He actually said it was normal for the truck to come out dirty with bugs out of his carwash. He offered me to buy a towel from there and use remove them manually (in that case I get a towel from home). Not going there ever again. Customer service was a disappointment. Service was terrible and the end product was a disaster. I have included a photo of the front of my SUV as proof. No, I have nothing against the very nice people that took care of me, only their ideas of how to run a business.
If your paying 16 for the high end one time wash, just pay the extra 4 dollars for unlimited basic and you will be pleased after a couple of washes.
I am very disappointed, in the service you provided with your car wash. I took my, not so dirty, 2016 Murano and paid the premium 16 dollars for it, only to come out looking the same. I complained to the supervisor, Peter, and he offered me towels so I could clean it myself. If I wanted to clean it myself I would have washed it at home and not pay 16$ for it. I asked for a refund and he said he couldn't do anything for me. He then proceeded to tell that my kind of SUV does not wash well in that car wash because of a lip in the back of the truck . I asked him, why he would not let the customers know that before we paid for the wash, and he didn't respond. Google please make it to where I can give this place a 0 stars review because 1 star is giving them too much credit.
20$ a month for unlimited car washes. Pretty hard to beat with the amount of locations they have. I take my car a couple times a week and if looks spotless. Plus free vacuums can't beat that price even in the valley.
