Horrible customer service from one significant manager, her name was Martha I believe. She was no help at all, to top it off, she was very rude to her employees. As a customer I don't want to witness that treatment or her pointing out her employees mistakes by almost yelling at them in front of everyone. I'm a frequent customer but I am tired of her being no help at all, I don't know who even made her a manager. Someone please do something about it. It's not fair that I now have to do my shopping at the McAllen location instead of this location just because of her unwillingness to help. TERRIBLE. Other than that, some employees are really helpful in helping me find items.
I usually go to the Edinburg store however lately I 've been buying in Mission. Most of the time I get an email thanking me for shopping with them. That means a lot to me. Nice and very helpful staff
