They failed to deliver my mom's Mother's Day coursage due to what the man said was "unreliable temporary help."
I had a baby shower themed Mickey Mouse mum and she ruined it!! First she boasted that she could make it better than the picture or anywhere else around town, asked me to send her the picture to her cell phone for reference but when I went to go pick it up the following week it looked nothing at all to what I had in the picture. It was a pretty simple mum to design, some of the material I was able to find it in Hobby Lobby, but for some reason this florist could not complete it to my specifications. She made the excuse that since she was working on homecoming mums she must have gotten carried away with the high school mum feel!! My mum had nothing indicating it was for a boy baby shower but it did have a cow bell! She did offer to fix some things considering the event was 2 days away so I left it for her to fix. The finished product was still high school mum looking but with more blue and baby themed details. For almost $35 and how she claimed to be the best, the mum was very disappointing!!! I should have just bought the original one online or gone somewhere else. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LADY AGAIN!!!!!!!
Flower arrangements were very beautiful. Janie was very friendly and helpful. Did an awesome job with delivering the flowers on time. Would definitely recommend this flower shop to everyone.
They said they would deliver her a floral arrangement instead. It's almost 8pm. The shop is closed now and my lovely mother never got her flowers.
I know errors happen on a busy day like Mother's Day for florist but this man said nothing but snippy comments to me and never spoke to me in a professional manner.
Ordered over the phone, gave my price range and paid with my card. Super fast and easy. My mother in law loved it and was surprised since we live out of state.
