Friendly staff, although once they received our payment for cremation the service was exceptional poor. My mother is still at the mortuary after being deceased for one week awaiting cremation. Evidently their go to person was on vacation and no one else can follow up on hospital papers. Our calls to the funeral home were not returned. I was awaiting the ashes to transport out of state. This was shared at our first meeting at Brown's. To find out one week later that nothing had been done seemed very disrespectful to me and my family especially since we had such a struggle to communicate with the funeral home.
It is difficult when you lose a loved one but the Ric Brown family really made things easy for my family and I. I would highly recommend this funeral home to anyone. Great service, friendly people and just an all around nice experience. God bless all of you at the Ric Brown Family Funeral Home and keep up the good work.
Wonderful funeral home. They are friendly, affordable and went out of their way to help with all the arrangements after my dad's passing. I can't tell you how much I appreciate all they did and I would highly recommend them.
