Very angry with the staff at this social security location. The staff is rude and arrogant!! Can someone tell me if there's something we can do about this? I would really like to see some staff get fired from this facility I'm planning to go and get some names down. This is rediculous that instead of helping the people instead they make us seem like ignorants and lack of intelligence. I hope they can take the time to read the reviews and have all the staff warned about thus issue. To top it off the security there is super rude as well. The facility itself should be closed period!!!
VERY VERY RUDE FRONT DESK CLERKS, THEY SHOULD HAVE SOME KIND OF "TRAINING" FOR GOOD MANNERS AND TREATING PEOPLE WELL, WHATEVER HAPPENED TO "GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE" . THEY SHOULD ALSO CONSIDER AN INFORMATION BOOTH TO ASK SIMPLE QUESTIONS INSTEAD OF WAITING ABOUT AN HOUR TO CALL YOUR NUMBER AND SIT YOU BACK. THESE LADIES ARE ALWAYS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL THEY TREAT PEOPLE SO BAD AND HUMILIATE THEM. EVERYONE SHOULD BE RESPECTED AND TREATED WELL, REGARDLESS OF GENDER, RACE, AGE OR DISABILITY. THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE WHERE I HAVE ALWAYS SEEN LEGAL DISCRIMINATION AT IT'S BEST TO DISABLED PEOPLE. I HOPE THE SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION DOES SOMETHING TO FIX THIS PROBLEM. THIS PEOPLE ALREADY HAVE MEDICAL ISSUES AS IT IS AND NOW HAVING TO ENDURE BEING MISTREATED AT THIS OFFICE. FURTHERMORE ADDING STRESS AND FRUSTRATION TO THEIR MEDICAL PROBLEMS JUST BY COMING HERE. THE SUPERVISOR AT THIS OFFICE IS NEVER AVAILABLE DURING WORKING HOURS ALWAYS BUSY IN MEETINGS AND WHO KNOWS WHAT, BUT NOT FOR THE PEOPLE OUTSIDE. LIKE I SAID THIS OFFICE SHOULD BE EVALUATED BY HIGHER UP SUPERVISORS AND MAKE SURE THAT WE ALL GET THE RESPECT AND FAIR TREATMENT THAT WE DESERVE.
Front and lobby staff are very rude. Lack professionalism and customer service. There's constant eye rolling and annoyed faces expressed from the staff. They hide their rude behavior by stating we will be treated as hostile if we complain. So basically if we want any kind of service we need to shut up and put up with it. Security guard acts like she's on a power trip. She's all " Top Flight Security of the world Craig", from Friday After Next. She likes to herd people like cattle.
Very, very rude employees at this administration. I do NOT recommend for you to go and waste 2 or more hours sitting there to be rudely treated. Employee Administration should really consider evaluating their employees more often.
Very clean great service. Good patients when we went up next. But I do think it was very slow to attend the people walking in.
