Very satisfied, seen their van while I was on my way to Home Depot. Man what a save! Tony took care of us on the spot. We let him no we had a bit of an emergency and he dropped what he was doing to take care of us. All together the job took less than 10 minuets and our door works as if it was brand new! Very happy with the service, we will be asking for his services once again to get a replacement key for my Lexus. Thank you Tony!

I did not have a good experience with this company. I got locked out of my apartment a few nights ago, so I called them. The guy was communicative and called me three times to tell me that he was taking a bit longer than usual but that he was on his way. When he finally arrived, my roommate, who I though was out of town, arrived as well. I told him right away that I no longer needed his service but I was willing to pay whatever the cost was for driving to my place. He told me it was $25 which I agreed to pay despite having seen that they charged $15 on the ad that I clicked. I went inside to grab my card and when I came out to pay he told me it was actually $60. His reason being that it was late. 10:30pm is late apparently. I'm incredibly angry with these people for taking advantage of my situation. I will never call these people again. Oh and the final charge was $65, not $60.
These guys were ready to come help as soon as I called them. Tony was awesome. You know that he knows what he’s doing and that he takes pride in serving his customers. Do not hesitate to use these guys. I potentially could have tried doing it on my own, but I am glad that I called these guys! No regrets. Customer service is second to none!
