Very nice & clean, but I didn't really care for the portable tables in the dining area. Most were nice tables, but there were a few that were portable.
Everything was good considering the area. The only thing is the lack of accessibility to outlets in the room. Inconvenient in this day and age.

The room was decent, and if you need light, forget about it, all the lights except the bathroom were dim, staff was friendly and helpful, but the breakfast could have used more of a selection
I've been an IHG rewards member for years and stayed at this hotel in the past. I schedule a trip and booked the hotel online and entered the incorrect dates. I then canceled my reservation and rebooked, under what I thought was the same options. Unfortunately, I chose an advanced purchase price which I did not notice because I was using my phone and the difference was not obvious. My trip was canceled and I canceled my reservation only to discover a week later they charged me. I called and spoke with customer service that said it was up to the hotel to make the decision. They said they would not refund me as it is standard policy, which customer service clearly said they can change. We are people, not computers, and we make mistakes. To not want to assist me with this refund will cost them thousands as I will need to book a hotel in the area multiple times over the next year and I WILL NOT stay at this hotel ever again!
