The customer service was terrible. The guy taking our order over the phone this evening sounded annoyed to be having to answer the phone and gave us the wrong price. The guy charging us when we picked up our order was unapologetic and careless. No wonder the place was dead at 9pm on a Saturday night.
Ok I will have to give 2 stars. One for the nice waitress that took care of me and my family before leaving after ordering our drinks and one star for actually trying her best. Now the reason they did not earned the other three stars is because management did not want to honor the Two Medium any toppings for $6.99. Sorry guys but is just the truth. So we left and went to the one on Shady Rd. and FM 495 Rd. There we enjoyed our dinner.

Called to place order for delivery. The cashier was friendly and everything seemed fine. Then I got a call from a rude delivery driver who said address was too far and they did not deliver. Google maps says my address is 3.9 miles away from their business and they have delivered before with no issues. Driver didn't even seem to care. Never going to this location again. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
One waitress no one besides us in the place . Never came to check if we needed a drink refill or to see if we needed anything. Pizza lacked extra sauce liked we requested. At that their Wi-Fi didn't work either. Not the best experience we've had here.
