This place was fantastic. The young man who took on the task of nails on my 11 month old dachshund was amazing. She had been hurt before at another place so she as scared and nervous. She was very well taken care of. This is where she will go for all her doggie needs from now on.
Love taking my dog here...we have been with them for years. So that means something. They always make our dog feel special.
This place was highly recommended. The price is excellent; however, the cut and bath weren't the best. They don't appear to be savvy with cutting poodle hair. The face wasn't completely clean, the sanitary areas weren't completely clean, and the ears were not properly cleaned either. :( Patches of hair were not evenly cut. I really wanted to keep taking my pups there, but the procedures aren't thorough. I'll give it another go next month and update this review.
The prices are great but the lady never looks happy with her job. She's always in a bad mood and doesn't listen when I tell her how to cut his hair. I had told her just a trim and she shaved him all over and I got so disappointed. My dog always looks scared when he gets out from there so I'm not taking him there again. They also charged me extra because they supposably said that my dog was moving too much but they shouldn't charge extra for that. I don't recommend this place.
Amazing job and amazing prices! My puppy came out looking fabulous, she smelled heavenly ! Im so happy i took my puppy here, we would definitely be back, the staff is so polite and willing to answer any questions...
