Sites are close together. More park-models than RVs. Friendly staff, great residents, close to stores. Fun activities. However, it's old and run down. Lake is only half full and it's not even halfway through season. Pool is peeling. As I said; old and run down. Wi-Fi is laughable.
Water feature....rare in the area.
