POOR MANAGEMENT OF SEVEN OAKS RESORT IN MISSION TEXAS
great guests,great volunteers and great location,but poor management
My prediction are that in a few seasons you will have even less guests than you have today.
I finally decided to write about the two so called managers, a couple that is most ill suited to do a managing job as I have ever experienced in my career.
Everything is clean, the pool and hot tub just Devine! Plus activity's weekly to meet others is a joy.
5}we asked for a 2nd key and were told the"we don't do second keys
displaying a lack of motivation, lack of hospitality and ignorance of job responsibilities.
7] WiFi is still poor
8] It costs Canadians 25% more this year because of the exchange and yet we were hit with an extra $25 bank service charge. What a way to aggravate your clients
6] outside chairs are not satisfactory and no outside table is provided and no screen doors to keep out mosquitoes and skunks that are a problem.
We didn't make it back last because of health reasons but we're so nice about us coming this year! Hope to see everyone this year! Very great place to stay and friendly
9] My wife and I arrived on a sat. and we were told that our wifi would not be hooked up till Monday , because the manager can only do it from her computer and she won't be in till Monday.
I sincerely hope that things would improve and I wish the park the best.
2]no attempt is made to get new customers
I could recommend this resort if there was a change of management,that would address these matters,but as it stands now we would give the rentals a negative rating.we stayed in a park model
1] your business is down because of aging population and because of the Can.dollar devaluation
No problems except CANUCKS think we should cater to them because of exchange rate. Don't like it go home

Great people, big lots ,nice rentals, beautiful pool,hot tub.
3]no sense of hospitality or cooperation from the manager
by their own admission little knowledge of the actual facilities of the resort and the interior of the park models.
Nice big lots, I love the orange tree on our lot.
She told us that she would not let anybody else use her computer. Looks like Mickie mouse business to me.
